  • Amrita Gupta, Ph.D., is an Applied Research Scientist II at Microsoft AI for Good, developing machine learning alongside practitioners to solve challenges in biodiversity conservation and sustainability.
  • Max Callaghan, Ph.D., is a researcher at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research investigating the intersection of climate and health, alongside climate impacts and mitigation policies.
  • Cassie Buhler, Ph.D., is an ESIIL postdoc focused on leveraging AI for conservation decision-support tools.
  • Brian Erickson, Ph.D., is a Smith Conservation Research Postdoctoral Fellow applying NLP, behavioral science, and social psychology to improve conservation and natural resource management strategies. 
  • Charlotte Chang, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor focused on applying NLP and large language models to evaluate human-environment interaction data.
