In this training learn how to assess team effectiveness beyond quantitative outputs and how we might expand how we evaluate ourselves and our team members. With a brief look into team science, this training will focus on individual and group reflections on team effectiveness and play through a couple of scenarios to consider how we might think and apply team effectiveness assessments differently for the betterment of our teams.
