EDS Seminar: Preliminary insights from ESIIL and NIMBioS working groups

Abstract

Looking across working groups at ESIIL and NIMBioS this presentation showcases some preliminary patterns on (1) what team characteristics are associated with different kinds of outputs, such as publications, datasets, software, proposals, educational products, or policy-relevant outcomes and (2) how factors such as team size, composition, leadership, and productivity, influence the impact of science from synthesis teams.

Kayleigh Ward is a postdoc at ESIIL, where she focuses on developing team science using research-based best practices to facilitate collaboration within the center.
